As Troy M said if you have the "automatic" system it may need to be recalibrated. I have the Power Gear semi automatic and it levels the coach just fine, but I wish JAYCO had used the BigFoot system in 08. If you bought coach used and do not have the owners manual they are available on line for both companies.
If it is the Power Gear semi automatic you may just be low on fluid if you are having trouble on level ground or it too may need a "tweak" in the calibration. With that said however, remember the owners manual definitely says "DO NOT LIFT THE TIRES OFF THE GROUND". If you are on a site, that un-level, you are supposed to pull up on blocks and then do the final leveling with the jacks, you will probably need blocks under the jacks as well. We have only had to do that twice in the 4 1/2 years we have used the coach. (39,000 miles North, South, East & West)
