Light switch

I have a 1992 2700. In front of the sink is a two rocker switch. One is for the outside Patio light. The other has wires running from it but shows no power. Can you tell me what this would run to. Thanks

We have two switches in the same location. One is porch as you mention, the other is a master for all the overhead lights. While its ON, you can control each overhead light with the individual fixture toggles.
