We have been looking at a Tahoe. Can be flat towed if 4wd with 2 speed transfer case. It hauls 7 passengers comfortably.

There is a website that lists towable vehicles but I can't find it right now.

Found it! Link below

We flat tow a '16 Subaru Forester (manual transmission). After much research, I went with the Forester because it has by far the easiest tow set up of the bunch. Simply put the ignition key in the Accessory position, make sure the AC and the radio are turned off, release the emergency brake, and place the shift in natural. You are ready to tow "all day". No fuses to pull, no daily mile limitations. It only weights 3300 lbs. It gives us great gas mileage when in use (30/34 MPG).

As part of the Blue Ox towing setup, I had a power wire run to the TOAD battery to insure the battery on the car was kept charged. Although it's not a 7 passenger vehicle, surprisingly the Forester is very roomy and seats five comfortably. At home, it's our daily driver.

Although the Forester is not four wheel drive like a jeep, it is an "all-wheel drive" vehicle, and has been proven time and time again to be very reliable on back trails.
