Looking to buy a Greyhawk 30z. Any issues or concerns that I need to be aware of. Haven’t bought yet - but looking.

This is a start. There are other PDIs available to help run down items that should be checked before taking delivery on a new or used. There are lots of "concerns" with any RV especially one that is used.
