Lubricate Slide Seals

I want to lubricate the seals on my 2020 Greyhawk Prestige 30XP before putting it away for winter. This rig has 1 large slide from behind the bed to right behind the driver's seat. It has a slide topper that makes it impossible to reach the top seal. I did the sides, in and out. I also can't reach the top on the inside when the slide is out as I would need 3 foot long skinny arms. I know when putting the slide out you are supposed to put it all the way out but would it be okay to run it out about a foot, do the top inside and the run it the rest of the way out? Can't see how to do the outside top without removing the topper. Appreciate help from the better minds. Thanks.

I taped a stuffed sock to the end of a painters extension pole and saturated it with the lubricant. I can then reach under the slide topper to get the top seal on the slide out. It works pretty good. I lubricate the inner seal the way that you describe it by bringing the slide in about a foot, so far no harm.
