Magnadyne Radi Problem - TELEPHONE IN

I just got a new to me 2010 Jayco Greyhawk 31FK. I am having a problem with the Magnadyne radio. I have read multiple sources that says they are bad units and I do plan to upgrade just not yet. My problem is that a yellow banner pops up and says "TELEPHONE IN". There is no telephone connected to the unit; it doesn't even have Bluetooth. I have the manual for the radio but no where does it state anything about telephone connectivity. Additionally there is no where in the unit's settings that mention a telephone. Any ideas?

We have a Magnadyne radio/cd/dvd/gps system and it is a mess. Sometimes the gps works and sometimes it does not. Sometimes the cd/dvd works and sometimes (most of the time) it does not, the dim on/off jumps on and off, the clock changes time at odd times and not when we change time zone. The dealer that we bought from fixed the problem once but it is back and much worse.
Does anyone have a recommendation on a GOOD replacement. I don't think that I'll ever buy another Magnadyne product.

I have no knowledge of this set and apparently no one here does either. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

No, I have not contacted the manufacturer but a search on the internet revealed that LOTS of people have problems with Magnadyne radios. I thought that asking people who also have Jayco motorhomes would be a good way to get reliable suggestions. Perhaps I will contact Magnadyne and see what they say.

When we got our New To Us 2008 Greyhawk 31SS the Magnadyne (they are so ashamed of their product they don't put their name on it) would only work on the NOAA weather stations. I replaced it with a fantastic Pioneer that has Bluetooth and handsfree calling and tons of other features. It was only $119 at a local electronics retailer. For a few $$ more you can get touch screens and have the rear camera display on the radio screen.
