Maintenance to the Slide-Out gaskets

I'm still very new to the Class C Motorhome community.

What should be done to the Slide-Out gaskets of my one year old Greyhawk MV...???

I think I read somewhere that applying a dry Silicone grease (Lube) would keep the gaskets lubed yet would not attract a lot of dust and dirt.

Is this correct...??? What are you doing ...???

I use a spray silicone lube on a paper towel 2-3 times a year and usually do it after I move the unit to the driveway for trip prep, or while at the CG. I have a 4' step ladder that fits under the sofa and is tall enough for me to do the task. I wrap a paper towel around a broom handle or similar pole to do the top seal since I have a slide topper.

I use the same stuff. Aerospace Protectant 303. Also use it on tires to protect them from UV.

Part of my yearly maintenance is to also make sure the slide topper awning is taunt and adjust if needed.
