mattress solution

Does anyone have a solution or suggestion for a more functional mattress on the main bed of Redhawk 24b?

Is that a fold-able mattress? Or is it just a short queen/queen?

You're going to get a lot of suggestions to get a mattress topper.

The main bed mattress on the Redhawk 24b is foldable for the slide out.

We purchased a memory foam mattress for our 29 MV, best dollar I have spent. The mattress being a Short Queen required trimming at the two rounded corners. This was easily done with a electric knife.

1st salvo: 3" memory foam topper (trimmed to fit) works for a while.

You can have a foldable memory foam mattress made for your rig, to your specifications. There are several vendors who will do that for you; one example: https://www.googleadservices.com/pag...5wQ0Qx6BAgMEAM

We replaced ours with a Zinus from Amazon, but we just needed a short queen, no need to fold it in our rig...

But if you're handy, you could purchase a foam mattress, cut it down, and fashion some kind of way to fold it...

Anyone know of a mattress upgrade for a Redhawk 26M w/ a Murphy bed?
Been looking, best to date is padding to the factory mattress. Can't go thick enough though or else it doesn't fully close. Would love an upgrade.
