Melbourne 24AP heater bypass valve

Hello,

I am complete newbie. One year ago bought Jayco 2019 Melbourne Prestige 24AP. Trying to sanitize fresh water but have difficulty locating heater bypass valve. I took down panel under the fridge, but couldn't see any valves. Need help. Thank you.

I Have a 2020 Melbourne and my bypass valves are under the refrigerator. Take the panel off and they are tucked back in there.
