Melbourne 24L Baggage Door Locks

Has anybody found a metal replacement for the plastic baggage door locks? They really are horrible.

I have a Jayco Greyhawk that did not come with baggage clips. I installed stainless steel clips.

I did not want to drill holes, so I installed them with 3M Molding tape.

They have been installed for 5 years, still look new and have never fallen off.

Molding tape is available at any auto parts store, or on Amazon.

Molding Tape, what a great idea. I don't want to drill holes in the siding either. The local Auotzone has the tape in stock. Going to pick up a roll today. Another "wish list" item I can cross off. I have the Recpro stainless steel clips on hand.
Thanks!!!

Thanks for the clip idea but I was looking for a latch/lock replacement, the part that keeps the door closed.
