Melbourne prestige

I have had a problem with the stereo / Radiio on my 2019 Melbourne Presige . The sound doesn’t fade from the front to the back and it’s so loud if someone rides in the back when the radio is at a comfortable level in the front. My dealer contacted Jayco and they said to my dealer that that’s the way it is. I thought when I bought the top of the line RV that it would at least have an option to adjust the volume in the back of the motorhome. Does anyone with a Melbourne Presige have the same issues ?

I got the stereo fixed at a local stereo shop so if anyone has a Melbourne Prestige with the problem of the fade to the front to the back it was just a problem of some wires not hooked up right. Bit disappointed that the company said it was wired correctly but at least it works now
