Mercedes sprinter particulate filter

I have a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter van and the partiulate filter is at 82 percent full. How do I regenerate it or us it supposed to regenerate on its own?

According to a SPRINTER forum that is not how full but how close it is to regen.

Thanks everyone for the information on my sprinter. The dash percent reading on my particulate is misleading when it shows 82 percnt full. I will see if it regenerates when it gets to 100 percent.

To regenerate, you need to drive it on the highway for a time. I don't know for how long as all our divining is at highway speeds. I know there is some info on u-tube about it.

Thanks for your reply. I have been to Florida twice, Pennsylvania twicw and New Jersey once and it now shows 82 percent on my dash. Based upon what others have said it should regenerate when it gets to 100 percent so I will see probably on my next trip.
