Mis-wired Rooftop

Would like opinions please. New RV'er and brand new Jayco 26M. Before I took delivery I asked the dealer to install a Dish Satellite using the pre-wire. Disaster. They mounted the Dish on the Winegard backer, ran wires across the TOP of the roof to the kitchen vent and spliced them into the satellite prewire. So not only is the satellite mounted in the wrong place, I have wires on top of the roof and now my Winegard prewire is rendered useless.

How big a deal would it be to re-do this installation? I know I would need to re-splice the satellite prewire at the kitchen vent. Can I safely remove the current satellite mount without damaging the rubber roof?
