Misaligned slide out

Hello everyone, we recently got a used 2018 jayco redhawk 31xl and noticed the bunk slide out is misaligned. I’ve tried finding videos to help me realign it but can’t seem to search/find the correct one. The slide out makes a gnarly grind noise when I’m retracting it as well. Tried uploading a video but couldn’t. These are the pics of the gap and I think model number.

Thanks

If it’s a Schwintech slide, I’ve read that the following procedure syncs the two motors for realignment.

1. Either extend or retract slide to its fullest
2. Reverse it about an inch
3. Extend (or retract) again making sure to hold button down a couple seconds after slide stops
4. Repeat three times and it is supposed to re-sync

Your system looks like the Power Gear system. Only has 1 motor. There are some adjustments. I’ll try to find the manual. There have been several people having issues with the roller bearings coming out which are a real pain to get back in. Here is a pic of one of my bearing that came out. You can see the nut laying on the floor. The bearing was in the top right hole.
Here is the manual. It shows how to adjust.

Check each of the slide tracks for this roller bearing. There will be 4 for each track under the floor for a total of 8 for the slide. Some are easy to see and some not. Here is a close up pic of the roller. Top left nut.

Agree , I had 2 rollers out laying on the floor under the slide when I was troubleshooting a slideout lifting up too much. Had to use a long extension with wobble to tighten the eccentric roller bearing. I used loctite blue on threads. The top is to mate first then bottom follows.

So I found some bolts loose and I tightened them didn’t fix the problem. I think one side might’ve jumped a gear at some point. Any ideas how to fix that one

Also we noticed if we step on the slide out when it’s closed it becomes flushed on the outside, definitely not the solution tho
