Motorhome break-away

ASIDE FROM THE SAFETY FACTOR, are break-away systems required in Texas when towing a Jeep Wrangler behind a Class C? I am using a NSA Ready Brute Elite II.

I appreciate the prompt reply. Could you be more specific in your response? I do have a braking system with my NSA Ready Brute Elite II. My question relates to a
"break-away" system in case the toad breaks loose from the MH. Some states do not have laws governing these.

I believe Stavman is trying to nudge you to use Google to go forth and see what you can find. I found these:

Stay safe!

It is both a Tow Bar and a Braking system.

I am not sure of the laws, however I would add a break-away kit to the system if you don't already have one.
