Motorhome propane gauge
My Greyhawk's propane tank has a small analog gauge on the propane tank. No reading to the control panel, the gauge is directly on the side of the tank.
I've heard that propane tank gauges like this are generally unreliable. I come from the trailering world where I had an auto-changeover regulator, and I could simply lift the tank to see how much I had left if I wanted to. I've been dealing with those types of tanks for almost 30 years. Never dealt with the on-board tanks you find on these motorhomes before.
What are your experiences? Do you have a gauge on your tank? How accurate have you found it to be?
