Did you reset the RV Water Utility Center switches to 3 & 5? Also, sometimes it takes a little while for the water to go through the lines and start coming out.

I am not sure your unit specifically however I have just pulled my fresh water tank to add supports and shut offs on the overflows. I have found out that there is only one line going into and the same line out of the tank. The only other pipes are the overflow. What this means is that the pump relies on a siphon to get water from the tank. The line to the pump from the tank actually comes out of the bottom of the tank and then is routed up over the top of the tank and over to the other side of the unit. About 15-20 ft of tubing. If this line has a leak or the pump cavitates it takes quite a lot of time for the unit to get primed. Check to be sure that you don't have any loose fittings near the pump or on the filter if you have one. If you have access to a water source you could try to hook up to the city water and force some water into the system. I had to do that once to get the unit to prime. Once I got it primed I located a loose connection on my filter housing
