new RV owner

OK folks I am very new to RV'S and forums. I just got a 2000 Jayco class C motor Home 28'designer and i can't figure out how to fill up the water tank when I hook up the hose after a while water comes out from underneath. I have all of the manuals but they are very generic and don't look like what I have any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

when the water comes out from underneath "after a while" on our coach, that means the fresh tank is full.

A quick check of the Tank Level Monitor should confirm.

Once it's full, then it's a matter of turning a valve or two to pull water from the tank to the faucets.

Tell us more about what you see or post some pictures of your water valves and we might be able to help.
