We try... but sometimes we allow the front wheels to...

Never park with the front up hill as this allows the rear end to come off the ground. this can be very dangerous as the rear tires are your parking brakes. If you must park uphill drive onto planks or blocks.
Use wheel chauks to prevent any movement.
The units tend to lift the front end off the ground. Some people dont mind this however I prefer to keep all tires on some sort of surface at all times to reduce lateral stress on the Jack's. Having 8 places of contact with the ground just seems like a good idea.
If on very uneven ground put blocking under the Jack's to reduce distance of travel.
You can set the level calibration using the null procedure.
Always watch the level process. Sometimes the null goes away and the can extend one jack too far.
Look into setting up an auto air dump. Speed process up significantly.
Some people park the unit, set chauks then manually lift the rear end until they hear air releasing from the airbags. They lower the unit down and auto level.

Sometimes this is what we do... sometimes we have to do this - depends on the slope. Note what is said about the Rear Wheels. Keep them on the ground!

RVermont: Your comments are rock solid with what we do... after learning the hard way!
We work hard to learn our lessons !!!
