No 30 amp power in coach

Plugged into 15 amp power works and shows up on power control system. When I plug 30 amp in it says no service. I have the watchdog and it shows the white dog face .I’ve tried with and without the watchdog same result no 30 amp power .any thoughts thanks

Just to be clear - you take your 30A shore power cord, and plug it into a 15A socket (with adapter) and everything works. You remove the adapter, plug the shore power cord into a 30A socket and nothing works?

If so - you sure the 30A socket is on?

"... with and without" makes me wonder if you have power at the outlet. Can you meter it?

Check that socket. I couldn't imagine it being anything else.

Is this a RV power connection at your house?

If so sounds like breaker is off for 30amp service. It would be its own breaker at the panel

Had one In my Shop in Washington, how mine was wired

Just like at campgrounds. Each service is individually breakered

While you're waiting for the electrician...............

Start from the source; plug something else in the 30 amp the wall socket. If nothing works on the 30 amp socket, check the associated 30 amp breaker or fuse.

Has to be the outlet. Plugging in the 15 amp adapter still uses the same 30 amp connector and wiring to the coach. All it is doing is changing what the connection plug is.

A simple voltmeter check would instantly verify. A 30 amp outlet is really nothing magical. If you haven't checked its circuit breaker you may be wasting money on an electrician.
