No DC power

We are connected to AC power. Our dc power is completely out. The switch at the door will not turn on. Have checked and tested all fuses, including the two fuses by the battery.
2questions
1 suggestions on what the prob may be
2. The awning, and the slides are out. Suggestions kn how to pop back in with no dc power do we can take it to tech to fix?

Known culprits include dead battery even though you are on AC. Bad 12 volt ground at frame or at the grounding bar in the box with the converter. Also, dead fuse on the tongue. Check that the battery post connections are clean and tight. Multimeter is your friend.

Also, in the search bar above put in bad ground and other search terms.

Could be the battery disconnect relay if the button was incorrectly used.
