No hot water at bathroom faucet.

Last night at our campsite we turned on kitchen faucet and no hot water came out. I called Girard his morning and the tech said I need a new gas valve. He had me tap the existing valve with a wrench and it is working temporarily. However, for some strange reason I get no hot water at the bathroom sink. It worked fine before. It works in the kitchen, shower, etc, but not in bathroom sink. There is plenty of water flow at the sink on both the hot and cold sides, the water just never gets hot.
I doubt if this is any way related to gas valve issue, but any ideas on what the problem could be?

Any chance someone knocked a hot water shut off valve under the sink??? That seems to me to be the only way you would be able to isolate the lack of hot water to one location. Unless there was an issue within the mechanics of the faucet itself.

I checked the water supply valve and it's turned on. I was also thinking that it must be the faucet. Just hated to buy and relate the faucet if it might be something else.
