No power to LCI leveler keypad

We had no power to the LCI keypad, I found it was the main ground wire. it looked okay but if you moved it you could see the connector was broken inside the shrink tubing.

That's why RV technicians keep busy and they still miss things in their delivery completion.

Thank you for posting. This seems to be a fairly common failure. Happened to me and several others. In addition to the terminal failure, my cable was very poorly routed and supported. I corrected it as part of the repair.

My LCI display also died. Located the broken ring terminal attached to the pump. Unbelievable how thin and cheap the OEM terminal ring is. Replaced it with a heavy duty terminal and problem solved. Also Jayco installation is lacking as the ground wire was not secured and was swinging around which put stress on the cheap terminal causing it to break.
