Norcold refrigerator

I own a Jayco redhawk 24b. I am having trouble with the fridge. My partner not knowing the fridge movethermistor trying to turn down the temp. Since then we have had trouble with fridge turning on. We put the thermistor back where it was but still having issues. The green light comes on but the fridge still does not get cold. Help

I would start by doing some troubleshooting. Are you running the fridge on Propane or AC power. If your on AC power I would try propane and see if the fridge works normally. If your on propane and you have AC power available then try AC power....Remember it takes a while for the system to get cold....several hours. These fridges are dependent on the RV being level...so you need to be somewhat level....not perfect...but somewhat level for the fridge to work. You should also look at the display panel on the front....is it displaying any error messages....is it showing that it has power.... That's where I would start and depending on what you find I would narrow down my troubleshooting from there. Good luck.

What JAB55 said is right on the money. You can also do searches on You Tube for diagnostic help with the fridges. Just type in the manufacturer of the fridge in the search.Had issues with mine an learned lots with the videos.
