on demand water heater HELP

My 2015 Greyhawk won't make hot water..owners manual no help as usual...the switch that is in bathroom that says tank heater..thats for the crummy heater wires on the grey and black tanks in winter right.?...nothing to do with the on-demand hot water, or am I confused...
Boondocking now and frustrated..thanks

Yes, switches inside coach are for grey and black water tanks. Remove the cover on the outside of coach. There is a red on/off switch on the left side. Make sure gas is on. The system should kick in when you turn on your hot water.

thanks for quick reply.....
took off cover...switch is on but not a glow from what looks like an indicator light...fan comes on and blows cold air instead of hot exhaust..gas is on cause fridge is on gas right now...any thing else to do...This on demand system is not too impressive in our journeys so far...

If you shine your flashlight inside where all the wires are located there is a white plastic piece that looks like a connector. There is a tiny "reset" switch. Its small and not real obvious. If you can find and reset it that may be your issue. If this is your first time using it maybe the gas has not made it to the unit to ignite. Once it does the water heats fast. Also there is a temp dial in the bathroom that regulates the hot water temp.

ok..will go look for the switch...we have had how water all summer till last night..does.that little red lamp supposed to glow red when on....its dark...may have to abort our trip...thanks again...
