Paint over Dicor self leveling sealant on roof

I was up on my roof inspecting the Dicor and since my unit is now 5 years old 37FS Seneca 2016 and can’t understand why they painted over the Dicor at front cap and rear cap.
Has anyone redone there sealant at these places and if so how did you do it while not damaging the paint?

What I did as well as several others is clean the whole seam area good and then cover the seam with 6” Eternabond Tape and never worry about it again.

They've been doing that since they built the first SENECA, our 08 was the same way. I bought the paintable ETERNABOND (Webseal) and did the front seam. Had an auto paint store mix up matching paint in an aerosol and just repainted it.
