Power gear slide won’t go out?

I have a 2015 29ks grey hawk motorhome. I do not live near an RV dealer.
Upon prepping for season , I set levelers and extended slides to clean and prep motorhome.
Upon retracting the front (power gear) I did note a loud “pop” on left side just as it closed.
Now the slide won’t go back out?
There’s still power to it as you can hear system activate if I push the “in” button, but nothing happens when pushing “out” button.
Motorhome plugged to shore power and I’ve cycled main house power breaker with no effect.
Can’t find the slide out control or manual override for this slide?
Any ideas?
