Power management system

On my last outing last week to Maine was plugged into 30amp and had 'No Service' on the display. Everything worked as it should, even both AC's. When I scrolled thru it said everything had power but still no acknowledgement on the panel that I had any service.

Was it a Progressive Industries EMS? Was it in "Bypass" mode??

This system is built in, just a panel on the wall. Not sure who makes it.
In the past I could scroll thru 15, 20, or 30 amp to let it know what I was plugged into. Then it would manage that power and shed loads when necessary.

This trip it indicated I had 'No service' when plugged into 30amp. But everything worked as it should.

Mine has done that. I don’t know why. When I stopped next night it would work normally
