2017 37FS for sale

I have a like new (actually better than new) 2017 37FS, bought new 1/18 and not put into service until 4/18 with 3000 miles. Imperial Night (black/ blue/ white) in color and all the little stuff fixed like cabin noise, (4) new house batteries, all tires balanced (none from factory), extenda-fills added and many of the nuisance items mentioned in this group. Not hurt in any way, just simply decided to buy a heavier class C renegade to pull a heavy trailer.

My loss and your gain, 140K out the door and balance of new warranty app. 17 months. Located near Louisville KY, 502-594-6038.

That is a great deal for someone as I have already purchased a 2017 37TS. My understanding is the Jayco warranty does not transfer to the second owner

Nevada has no sales tax, but is hotter than he11 there right now. I would make the deal there and deal with the heat - it will cool down in 60 days - they are making deals right now, but will be jacking up the price soon...
I don't know about RV's since I've never tried this. But with cars/trucks you HAVE to pay the sales tax to the CA DMV when you register you vehicle in CA. Would love to know if RV's are somehow exempt from this.

Yes you do have to pay the tax if you register in CA. Even if you are from a state that does NOT have sales tax you have to pay the CA IF you take delivery in CA....We are from Oregon and bought our Seneca in CA. We checked out the coach, made the deal and then to avoid paying the CA sales tax we signed the papers in a UPS store (notarized) and took delivery in Reno NV. Even Oregon has a "users" tax at .05% bit the cutoff is at 26k GVW so we didnt have to pay that here in Oregon.
