Quick question for 2015 Seneca owners...what model navi system was installed in your motorhomes?

short kid, when I did the first update for the navi system in mine, I had to first register the product. After I did that, it allowed me the newest map guarantee. Don't know if this is what is going on with your unit but it seemed to work in mine. Also, did you get the remote for your head unit? Of all the remotes mine came with, the clarion remote was not included. I put it in as a warranty issue, we will see what happens when I pick my coach up.

I that RULazy2 is correct about the FIRST update being "free" after you register the unit. I was able to do that and download the files; however, I'm not finding a way to get it from my computer to the Nav system (even using a memory stick). The Navi doesn't seem to like it. I'll keep trying. I ***DID*** get a remote from my 37TS; however, it was still in the box along with the MULTITUDE of Owner's Manuals that you get for everything else. Check there... Unlike TV's, etc... this remote wasn't necessary for the techs to setup my unit so they must not have thought it necessary to keep out. Sure is handy to run the surround sound on DVD/TV (via Aux2 on my unit) though!!

WeylanBryant, thanks for the info on the remote, now I know I have a good warranty claim. As to updating, your head unit has a microsd slot on the left side of the unit. Open the door and remove the microsd...you will need a way to put it into your computer, mine has a SD slot, so I have a SD to micro SD adapter. Insert that card and only the card that came out of your head unit...transfer maps...take back to your head unit and insert into unit, then apply power and repeat as necessary...it will prompt you what to do. Hope it helps.
