Question on 2018 redhawk 25r

Hi all. Can anyone tell me if they have issues with the passenger seat armrest? Mine is tilted to the floor and rests upon the seat. Jayco factory is telling dealer & myself my passenger has to recline the seat to enable armrest to come off seat and be parallel to the floor...hence my navigator cannot see where we are going... Frustrating

Too funny. I have the same unit, 2018 25R, with THE SAME ISSUE

Sorry I can't help you though. I may try to open it up this spring and see if I can do something about it

Ours is a 26XD, but has the same condition. I put it on the list of items for warranty repair. It's at the dealer now awaiting parts for other fixes. Curious now to see what they say about the armrest. I will report back when we get it back.

Our Redhawk came home from warranty repair session today. Had about a dozen items on the list for repair. Very pleased with the quality of all the repairs performed by our dealer. They did fix the passenger seat armrest. I did not get to talk to the tech but the work order says "removed armrest, straightened bent pin and reinstalled armrest".

Working fine now. We'll see if it lasts.
