I am a new guy to rving and have a question or two. Are there apps for getting around the country like the best campgrounds, best places to buy gas, as well as other things I can’t think of at the moment. I feel confident you folks who have been doing this for a long time must have lots of answers. Please give me a little help if possible. I just bought a Jayco and want to get on the road soon.
I use allstays for quick information on what’s around an area I am going.
Also rvparky for the same types of information.
Overnight rv parking is good for free parking information
I use diesel fuel so I use Truckers Path for locating cheaper fuel. Also useful for finding parking availability while traveling. It shows available truck parking at rest area and truck stops.
Fuel book is another fuel sourcing app.
They all have quirks and personnel preferences dictate which ones people use. Most have basic free portions but the paid apps have much more flexibility. Good luck and welcome to a great forum. The
