Need more details. Does your radio already have access to Sirius? If yes, all you need to do is get in touch with them and subscribe. You may also need to install an antenna and some other stuff.
If not, you will need a radio that is Sirius ready, an antenna, and some other stuff. This is best left to an experienced installer.
Long ago Sirius sold a device that worked with your existing radio that you tuned to a certain frequency. From what I've heard, it didn't work very well. I don't know if that is still available.
With all these, you still need a subscription.
