Radio/GPS Comes On

When I push the central battery shut off switch to turn the power back on my radio/GPS turns on. The same thing happens when I turn on the start key for the engine. I always make sure the radio /GPS is off when I turn off the coach power and also when I shut down the engine.

Same thing happens with our rig. I've come to think this is normal operation for this unit. If it isn't, I sure would like to know how to correct it too.

When I had a 31DS, it was the case all the time. I now have a Precept 31 UL and the same thing happens. My radio/Nav is a Jensen, but I think they all do it. I just got used to turning it off.

X4... I always assumed it has something to do with preventing a parasitic draw on the truck battery... more of a shut down rather then start up function.
