radio on Greyhawk

Has anyone had problems with the radio/navigation/dvd/camera on the Greyhawk? (In my case the 26DS)

Which Radio and what's the problem, what year model 26DS?? My nav system did not work from the factory and had to be replaced (easy swap and they sent it directly to me overnight). I also have a pinched wire under the drvers seat that is causing intermittent problems that I need to remove the seat to fix.

2011 26DS The radio is a Magnadyne and has already been replaced once. Issue before was that while grandkids were watching a DVD, the language would turn to Spanish in the middle of it. It was funny the first time. As it continued...not so much. Also refused to turn off and then dim went on and off at will. Dealer called it possessed and replaced it.

With new system, and getting ready for a long trip, I noticed that the nav was not working...just a blinking screen. Took it in and they pulled out main plug, reinserted and it worked fine. They showed me where the reset button was. Coming back I had the same issue and reset button did not do the trick. Now I am wondering what the heck is going on.

Kave&Lucky sent me this message:

"If Jayco installed the Magnadyne M1-LCD WITH nav system in your greyhawk, I hate to tell you but the company that built the nav sysytem for Magnadyne went out of business. I was told by Magnadyne that the CPU with their unit was designed to work with that particular navigation and it can not be updated. That being said I recommend you call Jayco Customer Service speak to Vin and insist they make it good I did and am happy now!

Kettrell"

I wonder if they would be willing to swap you into a Clarion system under warranty. Although not the best, it seems to function for us.

Thanks for the information. I will be following up with the dealer. They have always been helpful.
