Random 12V failure 2009 Greyhawk 31SS

I randomly (every four-five days) lose 12VDC. AC stays on but all 12 volt dies. I found that I could get it back by pressing the jumper button on the dash. Once I do that everything works again until next time. Any Ideas?

Second problem, when I have a lot of 12V lights on the battery level goes down to one or two lights on my indicator. How big (wattage) is the converter and where is it located?

Thanks

Look for it close to where your power center and fuses are. in my 31FS it is under the bed. you have to take a trim panel off to get to it. You will find it there amoungst the mess of wiring.
