Rear camera wont power up. 2017 Jayco Redhawk 31XL

I have a newly acquired 2017 Jayco Redhawk with 9,000 miles. The rear camera just stopped working. Is anyone familiar with this? It is an REV model. Ive been looking on the internet and there are not any clear ways to approach this. I'd appreciate any help

Does it work when you put the Redhawk in reverse?

I was confounded when I could not get my rear view camera to pair up with the monitor in the truck when I knew it worked on the way home from the dealer.

Short story long is that the camera pulls the power from the RV running lights, and during the day, the Ford TV will not power the running lights unless the lights are turned on manually as opposed to the automatic setting for headlights. Fidgeting with the system, I by chance turned on the lights manually (full over clockwise), et viola! Lights, Camera, Action!

It is a shame the people that build these trucks do not have work the customer service phone lines. I bet they would be a lot of changes made.

I encountered this. Left out early after installing the camera. Everything worked fine. Few hours later lost the camera. Sun came up and th automatic lights went off! Doh...
