recalls for 2011 Jayco Greyhawk slide outs?

We bought one in mint condition with 21000 miles on it. Of course it is out of warranty. But we bought the Good Sam Service Agreement. The 3rd time we opened the slide out a metal thing was lying in the middle of the living room within 2 weeks of owning it. Long story short the metal thing fastened the roller under it. The repair place had to of course pull out the slide to figure out what was going on. In the process they found that the roller on the front of the slide out toward the rear of the home had been built originally just shy of the support meant for it to slide out on. When the slide out was used, the roller was cutting into the floor and had weakened the floor . They braced it with a steel 4 inch wide strip underneath the width of the slide out to support the roller and prevent breakage. Well that was likely the reason the middle roller gave out with the strain. The item was called a fastener so the service agreement wouldn't apply. Just over a 1000 dollars out the door for us after it had come through with a great inspection. Of course no one could see that issue. But we wonder if there was a recall on those that might help us defray the expenses. Has anyone heard of such an issue?
