Redhawk 26xd Slide

My Large room slide seems to not come in at the top all the way. The bottom snugs up nicely but the top is away from the camper. I haven't noticed any leaks but it does stay under garage. Can this be adjusted? Like a tilt adjustment?
Also I read where they make a support for while traveling to support the slide It looks like it wedges between the wall and the slide, does anyone use these on their Redhawks?

Sounds like you need to re-sync it. The top and bottom aren't coming in equally. You do that by running the slide all the way out, then bring it in for a few seconds, then run it all the way out again. Repeat that 3 times.

Here's some videos that might help:

I don't have a side to side issue.
My top is not closing firmly against body but the bottom is.
Thanks Kelly

I have a 26XD 2022 model and the top of the slide doesn’t snug up (living room slide) stays out about 1 1/2 inches. The bottom of the slide snugs to coach.
