Redhawk 29XK Winterizing - First Time

Good Evening

I understand the valve placement with regards to the sanitize/winterize lines set up.

The the freshwater tank is empty, as is the black and grey water holding tanks.

I believe I still need to get access to the hot water tank and set up the bypass valves?

Then open the hot and cold at the sink and shower until anti-freeze flows through them that I'm pulling in from the outside connection, while also getting some feed into the toilet...correct?

Trying to hold off as long as I can as we are taking the camper out for the Thanksgiving weekend.

Thank for any advise
