I agree, turn it into a hose bib, bet you’ll get some use out of it. I like having warm water for cleaning and to rinse out my grill when I clean it up. I’ve also used it to wash the front of my rig at pit stops when there’s bugs all over the front cab.

Me three - I thought it would be handy to have. But in four years, it's only been turned on when I'm winterizing.

You might want to Add 5/8 plywood to sink bottom cabinet with 2x4 cleats, mine collapsed! It’s only 1/4” ! I took out the outdoor speaker to add the cleats under the cabinet bottom, make sure you stay clear of LP line!

We have a 2021 Greyhawk. Some of the mods I have made are:
1- Oxygenics shower head.
2 - Bug screens on all the appliance vents
3 - Hinges on the seats in the dinette.
4 - Added a foldable extension to the counter top. Wife wanted more countertop
space.
5 - New kitchen faucet.
6 - Tilting spare tire holder fastening to the trailer hitch.
7 - Extra removable lower step on the outside.
8 - 2 larger ABC fire extinguishers.
9 - 2 Optima blue top house batteries.
10 - Roadmaster sway bar model number - 1139-176. 1 3/8” diameter.
11 - Roadmaster steering dampener.

That’s about it for now. Trying to make our house a home.

Super easy as they're 12V. Hardest part is locating 12V power near where you want fans. Then simple + and - hookup.

12V Fan

JayThDJ..with your 12V fans, have you run them over night while dry camping? We do a lot of dry camping and love the idea to have a little air moving without using a portable battery powered fan.

Thanks for sharing!

Yes, we do. We have an annual week-long trip to a beach campground here in RI that is boondocking only and fans are a MUST. I only have 1 battery and 200W of solar and never had any issues (except for the first year when I didn't have solar )

Smile Latest Mods for our 2020 Greyhawk

Made a portable handle extension to open/close the bathroom ceiling vent. We just store it under the bathroom sink.

Made this Key Rack from some metal screen I had left over from our Jeep Grill mod and a couple pieces of wood. Hangs just inside the entrance.

Bench Storage hinges. Wanted hinges as flat as possible so it wouldn't raise the cushion above the round velcro pads Jayco has installed there. Piano hinge would have been fine but I opted for a free version and cut up some shoulder strap material. Super flat and works great!

We found the Control Panel labels very hard to read, especially at night. I kept reaching for the flashlight to see the labels. The lighting wasn't real good in that area of the coach. Installed a super-bright LED lamp that can be toggled ON/OFF there so now we can see!

Seen these step covers a few times and decided to cut and install a piece of Indoor/Outdoor we had around. Used Wire-ties instead of bungee cords underneath to keep it in place. Helps in reducing the amount of dirt tracked into the coach.

This piece of carpet is attached by magnets hot-glued to the backing. Helps even more to reduce dirt we and the little wiener dog track inside.

I've just added a folding kitchen counter extension, and modified the outside shower attachment. Will post some pics here shortly.

Appreciate all the great ideas people are posting here!

12V Fan

$90 I'm sure they're wonderful. I grabbed a couple of the Clip On fans from wally-world with 12V lighter plugs. I think they were $10 or $15. Clip 'em on when needed.

2018 Redhawk 29XK. I added sunshades on bedroom vent and bathroom vent and added rgb led strip under awning by drilling hole under awning power wire as it leads into my cabinet over entry door in behind my TV power outlet.

Latest Mods for our 2020 Greyhawk

continued from my last post...

Did the popular outside shower mod so we can use a standard hose, or reattach the original.

Added a folding shelf to the kitchen counter. 30Z layout is nice but has almost no counter space. The little shelf is not much but it helps.

Which wires did you tap off of for the light strip?

I just plugged it into the outlet for my TV. Ran the wire from outside to inside which is behind that outlet cover, then ran through the hole that the TV wire comes through the outlet cover and plugged it in. Put outlet cover section back in. It is only held on with one screw
