I spoke with the Awning Company and they said it should be easy to adjust, support the arm, push in the pins and move it. Want to see if anyone had any tips. There is no play at all on either side which seems strange to me, almost like they were somehow locked? Here are a few pics.

Searching the forum for info on my owning issue I came across your post. First time I used the awning in the rain, (as I’ve done on my last 2 RV’s), but on My 2019 25R it filled with water and partially collapsed and I got soaked. In the 2 years I’ve owned it I never put it out in the rain again!
I’m thinking it’s the pitch of the awning that’s to flat. We’re you able to finally get the struts loose enough and adjust your pitch? If so how many holes did you move it?
