Refrigerator not working

We just got our 2018 Greyhawk 29MVP out of storage to take it on a trip and cannot get the refrigerator to work on AC. The light and control panel are getting power but the fridge is not cooling. I got it to ignite on propane and am going to let it run overnight to see if it cools. The cabin AC has been running so the inside is 75 degs and outside temp has been upper 80’s. Any thoughts on what I can check before canceling our trip so I can get it to a repair shop?

How long was it on AC before you determined it wasn’t getting cold? My freezer gets cold within a few hours on electric but it may take 8 - 12 hours to get the refrigerator section cold.

If it gets cold on propane then there is probably an issue with the electric heating element.

Btw, is the trailer level?

Does your refrigerator have the auto setting where it will chose AC or propane? If so does the panel indicate you have AC select AC the green indicator light is on but neither the fridge or freezer cools. Have you checked you have 120 volts to the unit. If it works on propane do not cancel the trip heck even if you have no fridge take a cooler you may have to buy a block of ice every couple of days but that is what adventures are made of. I used a mo lie tech when my ice maker failed because Jayco said they did not cover the work but it was manufacture. I called the Norcld number on a weekend had a truck rech out Monday.

I checked the level and found it off a full bubble in both directions. Never had that problem before when parked at home but I was about 3’ further up the driveway this time on my leveling blocks. Moved to a more level spot and this put the jacks down and now the fridge is level. Got it on AC and will check it in the morning. Thanks for the help.

I would not have let that cancel my trip. A fridge on gas does not use much gas.

I find the fridge in the greyhawk much more sensitive to being level than the previous trailer (bhs26) I had before. It also doesn't seem to get as cold in the fridge.
