Remodel Kitchen and Bathroom

My 2009 Greyhawk had no counter space in the kitchen and bathroom sink was a pain in the back to use, I thought I would share the pictures if I can get them to load, mounted the TV up front on a wall mount. I cut the cabinet down that the tv was mounted on then extended the counter. I removed the old sink and did a under mount sink with the new laminate. The original layout was the bottom pic.

Very nice!

This is the first time I've seen a vessel sink in an RV. Are you concerned about going down rough roads with it?

Lots of vessel sinks in RVs from TT's and 5W's to upscale motorhomes. Have not heard any complaints.

Time will tell but it is anchored well and that sink is over a half inch thick

Love those peel and stick simulation tiles, thinking about doing that to my Seneca this winter season.

I was not sure about sticking quality but I believe they will stay put. I cleaned the walls first they seem to adhere very well

I have been wanting to do this, but was worried about the tiles sticking to the wall surface in our Greyhawk. Was yours that rough wall paper type surface (or whatever they use), or did you smooth those sections during the remodel? Thanks!

No I did not change wall texture, I cleaned wall with alcohol made sure no grease on walls from cooking etc. I tried a test piece on the wall very hard to remove and the next day seemed to be even more adhered to the wall. They recommend TSP to clean the walls.

Vessel sinks are popular, in RVs and elsewhere, but I hate them. I don't like how dorky they look and, if you spill or splatter water outside the sink or slosh any water out of the sink, you can't just sluice most of it back into the sink with your hand.

But, then again, those are just my opinions

you could not swipe the water into old sink if you wanted and water ran all over plus breaking your back to wash your hands if this does not work out it goes

Curious. I do it all the time with no problems. As far as breaking one's back goes, a higher counter works for that. It's what I did in the bathroom of my home (the kitchen sink was already high enough).

Our bathroom sink isn't an undermount so I too can't push much back in either.

But, that's why I wear jeans.
