Mine is held in place with 3 quarter round trim strip, all in place with brads. I used a auto trim removal tool as that is what I had, but a wood chisel, screw driver and all will pull them. Then the panel is also held in with brads. For this I used some small side cutters to grab and pull the brads, but could never get a hold of the panel to pull it up, so I used a hole saw to put a 1" hole in it to tug on which did the trick.
Even after this you will find that you have to pry the panel to bending in some cases to get it up high enough to remove.
I just put a piece of duct tape over the 1" hole for future use (which I did on this trip) only to keep things from dropping into the hole by accident.
