Replace main slide out topper for 2019 Greyhawk 29mv

I destroyed our main (dining room) slide out topper on our 2019 Greyhawk 29mv and need a replacement.
I've searched the Jayco forums for info on anyone replacing the main slide out topper and found a number of posts but none specific enough to answer what I'm looking for.

The reason for my concern is researching and chatting with etrailer.com it seems I must use the 145" "Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 145" Wide - Black". The factory installed topper I destroyed was only 141" and I'm unable to locate one only that long.
Questions
Will the 145" be problematic for my rig?
Has anyone performed this replacement to their 2019+ on the Greyhawk 29mv, if so, what was your experience?

Thank you for any insights.
Bill

Toppers have a lot of variance all based on the length of the slide roof. I know carefree has a 7" variable. How long's your roof? You have to figure the flange too.

The slide top not including the flange...then 145 sounds right, you usually want it to go 2" past the roof on both sides.

Thank you sir Grumpy. Appreciate the quick response.
So the 145" should work ok. Now I have to verify another issue with it. I have a carport for the RV and the driver's side support poles are placed so the two slide outs would extend through to fully open. I'll have to check if the extra 4" will still clear the clearance.

Thank you again!

Carefree does make a 141 1/2 inch fabric model if you need to go smaller. They say that's for 130 to 138" roof.

Check out this website! I replaced all my slide and main fabric with material ordered from them. Several other members also have used them.

https://www.toughtopawnings.com/

They have extensive info on ordering and installing their product. great youTube videos.

They also show how to measure and order. Worked perfectly for me.
