Replacing jack knife sofa

I have a Redhawk 26XD. I would like to replace the jack knife sofa that weighs about 100 lbs. with a reclining loveseat that weights 166 lbs. As the sofa is on my 10 ft long slide, I was wondering if anyone has done the same with no ill effects to the slide out motor or stability of the rig? Thanks for any advice/insight.

I think your jackknife sofa will weigh more than 100lbs. I removed mine in April and it was pretty heavy. The base frame had all the weight in it.
The replacement loveseat recliner from RecPro came in four pieces and had no weight affect on the slide.
You’ll love the difference. Enjoy, Jimmyd
