You can flush it with fresh water but that should not affect the indicators from working.

You can and should fill, drain and repeat several times to clean out the fresh water tank (perhaps now would be a good time to sanitize the tank), however I don't believe that the sensors failed because of the anti-freeze. Does the tank level indicator not light up or is it reading incorrectly? ~CA

the indicator reads empty. i did flush the holding tank a couple of times. while filling tank, i watch indicator as it fills. it shows empty and the water was coming out of overflow tubes

I have never had that problem, however I have read from others who have and reported back that they found a bad ground connection at the tank going to the gauge. I would check all of the wiring alongside the tank and in particular the wires that are connected to the sensors. ~CA

I agree with everyone - RV antifreeze wouldn't have affected your sensors. Dead tank sensors are a very common problem. Like craig said, time to crawl under there and see if the wires are all connected. But having all four - on one tank - get disconnected seems odd.
Do the Black and Grey tank sensors work?

I've never done this so I can't be sure, but I know that potable antifreeze can leave a film on wherever you put it. I've had it gum-up a macerator pump over the winter. I suppose this might cause a problem with the level sensors. Given the cost of this stuff, I doubt you filled it high enough to cause a problem however. I only put a gallon in each tank and never had a problem.
You might try filling the tank with fresh water and letting it sit for a while. Then drain and refill. If this doesn't work, try hot water.

Not a big deal! Add a few gallons of water, and drain it, repeat a few times. That will get most of the residue out. Then fill the tank full and drain it a few more times. Follow it all up with a good sanitizing.

A corroded or broken ground wire could make them all inoperative.

Exactly.
And the fact that ALL four Fresh sensors are offline...
Gonna be a head-scratcher.
But you're going to have to get under there and look

If you think it's something gummed up, you can fill it with warm water vs cold. it may help that film/gumminess be removed. Getting access outside to hot water could be tricky though depending on your home setup. The previous homeowners of my house were thoughtful enough to put a hot water hose bib outside. It makes for some nice carwashing temp
Anyway, to test, if you have any left take some of the antifreeze, put it on a plate out in the sun and let it dry out for a bit. If the weather is not amenable, try a toaster oven on warm or a hair dryer on hot low speed to help dry it out to see how sticky it might get. T
You then have some test material on what would be best/quickest to dissolve that film if it is gummy after sitting for a while such as warm/hot water, vinegar (although that might make for some lovely smelling fresh water), will agitation be necessary (block party, rock the rv!) etc.
Hopefully it's more simplistic -- but no less annoying depending on how your undercarriage is sealed --with a broken ground wire like the others have stated.

Those indicators never work and have always been problematic. I installed See Level monitor system on the last 2 units. They have worked flawlessly

Best to Google it, but it’s a sensing strip that sticks to the exterior of the tanks, uses the existing wires and connects to their monitor panel. It can be hard wired or they also have Bluetooth version.
