RV Storage Building Ideas

I figured that since you guys always have good ideas on everything else, when it comes to our Senecas, I would see what you thought about storage buildings.

I'm thinking about building a 6-10 bay warehouse and am hung up on what to offer power-wise as well as any other comforts to attract potential customers.

I plan on, at a minimum, offering a 15A 110, but am considering maybe also offering a 30A option. Does anyone currently use storage that offers this, if so, how do they regulate/bill for it?

We do something similar with our company airplane. We rent a hanger at a local county run airport, each hanger has a separate electric meter just like a house and we receive a bill from the electric company every month. It was outfitted with a 100 amp panel but the hanger only came with a few plugs and a few small overhead lights. We had one of our electricians add a bunch more plugs where needed and several HID lights so we could light up the place.

I don't have a Seneca, but I'd love 20A power at the storage site. I don't see a need for 30A or better.

Water and a dump are high on my list of 'must-haves' when we choose a storage facility.
