RV Tow Vehicle Cover Options

I have a Jayco-37RB and tow a Jeep Wrangler. on my last trip I must have thrown a rock and chipped my windshield on the jeep while traveling. I have seen other jeeps being towed behind RV's that have covers over them while towing. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so can you offer thoughts for getting a cover that will hold up to the travel?
